Chef’s Tip for the Perfect Finish

For an authentic artisan crust, allow the plate to rest for 60 seconds after removing from heat. The ceramic continues to bake the edges to golden perfection

1. Prepare Your Cheese

Cube your favourite cheese—provolone, brie, mozzarella, or cheddar—into uniform pieces for even melting.

2. Fill the Ceramic Wells

Arrange the cubed cheese evenly into each individual well of your plate.

3. Season & Infuse

Drizzle lightly with extra virgin olive oil, honey, fresh herbs, or crushed pepper to enhance the aroma.

4. Apply Heat

Warm in the microwave, oven, or on the grill until the cheese is bubbling and golden.

5. Serve & Savor

Bring directly to the table. Enjoy warm and gooey, or let it sit briefly for an artisan crispy edge.

Microwave (Everyday Ease)

Setting: High Power
Time:
60 to 90 Seconds (in 30-second intervals)

Perfect for quick cravings and weeknight snacks. Melts smoothly in 60 to 90 seconds

Oven (Entertaining & Hosting)

Preheat: 220°C (428°F) Conventional
200°C (390°F) Fan-Forced
Time: 5 to 7 Minutes

Ideal for hosting and dinner parties. The thick ceramic retaining wall holds heat long after coming out of the oven, keeping your cheese warm and bubbling at the center of the table

BBQ & Outdoor Grill (Gourmet Alfresco)

Heat: Medium Direct Heat (~200°C / 400°F)
Time:
5 to 8 Minutes (with the hood down)

Brings a subtle, smoky aroma to your favorite cheeses. Close the grill lid to allow heat to circulate evenly over the ceramic wells
