Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please see further details below before requesting a return.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we do not offer returns for change of mind, or if you no longer want your product. If you believe your product is damaged please read the below.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact our team at enquiries@cheesemelts.com.au and include all your order details, and best contact information.
Return Procedure: If your return is accepted, you may be provided with a return shipping label, or in some cases, we may choose to reimburse your account or provide a discount code for a future order. You may also be required to cover the return shipping costs and a restocking fee, which could equal the original shipping charges. Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package will be included. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
