What is the order processing and dispatch time for Cheese Melts products?
To ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible, we endeavour to process orders within 1-3 business days. We understand how important it is to get your hands on your very own Cheese Melts Plate, and we can't wait for you to join in the ultimate cheese experience! Any express shipping orders will take priority over standard shipping and therefore will be processed first.
Are customs taxes included?
No. It is essential to note that the recipient is responsible for all customs charges and taxes, including VAT. Cheese Melts is not accountable for any fees incurred for international orders. These charges are not integrated into the order or shipping costs. Cheese Melts does not provide refunds to customers who fail to settle duties and taxes related to their order.
Can I request delivery to an area not currently serviced by Cheese Melts?
If you reside outside of our current delivery area and would like to purchase a cheese melts plate, please fill out our contact form indicating your location and our team will do our best to organise an order for you.
Is tracking information provided for shipped orders, and how can I access it?
Tracking for your order is provided, and if you ever need any further details please contact our team and we'll be more than happy to assist. Tracking information should be received shortly after your order has been processed and dispatched.
What are the estimated delivery times once an order is dispatched?
Please note that all of our deliveries are shipped from our Australian packing facility and therefore business hours are generally AEST.

It's important to note that if the order has already been processed, it will be too late to make changes, and there could be a re-delivery fee applicable.
